COSTUME WORKS Inc. is dedicated to the design and production of custom-built theatrical, opera and promotional costumes. From design through delivery, we are proud to offer our clients total flexibility in the production process. We can design and build a single costume from your concept, or we can build a whole show from your finished renderings. We are committed to providing our clients both costumes and service that are of the highest quality.

Our staff is drawn from a talented pool of technicians in the Boston area who are skilled in all aspects of the costumer's art: period and modern pattern-making and tailoring, millinery, wigs and makeup, fabric treatment, and craftwork. Our 2800 square foot facility in Somerville is fully equipped for all of these operations, with convenient on-street parking just outside Union Square.
